Each person may register and maintain only one account. If you have forgotten your login details, please use the account recovery option or contact customer support. Do not create a second account — duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and any balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account login will be treated as having been carried out by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact SpinWinPK support immediately.
SpinWinPK reserves the right to refuse a registration application at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason.
All transactions on SpinWinPK are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

SpinWinPK reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account — the payment method must belong to the registered account holder. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account that does not match your registered details may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed.
Note on Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to specific wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. These requirements are stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the relevant wagering conditions will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the balance.
The sports betting section of SpinWinPK covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and major ICC events), football, esports and other sports as listed in the betting section at any given time. All bets are placed in PKR.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully — including the selection, the stake in PKR and the potential payout — before confirming. SpinWinPK is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

Game outcomes on SpinWinPK are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. SpinWinPK does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual player. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are as stated in the individual game information panels.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system and the result will be recorded. SpinWinPK is not liable for losses incurred due to your internet connection dropping during active play. If a round is completed during a disconnection and the result cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
